Day to day Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in Kigali

Kigali

Brief Itinerary: Arrive in Kigali, Rwanda’s vibrant capital city. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Kigali Serena, where you can relax and recover from your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore some of the city’s highlights.

Day 2 : Travel to Uganda for Gorilla Trekking

Gorilla Trekking ( Drive from Kigali to Rwanda) 1 hr 13 min (35.3 km) via NR1

Brief Itinerary: After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Uganda. Cross the border and continue to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the famous mountain gorillas. Upon arrival, check in at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge, nestled in the forest with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking Experience

Trekking Experience

Brief Itinerary: Early morning, head out for the once-in-a-lifetime experience of gorilla trekking. Hike through the dense forest to find a gorilla family, and spend a magical hour observing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge to relax and recount your adventure.

Day 4: Return to Kigali

Kigali

Brief Itinerary: After breakfast, drive back to Kigali. Depending on your arrival time, you can visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial or explore local markets and cultural sites. In the evening, unwind at the Kigali Serena.

Day 5: Flight to Kilimanjaro

Kilimanjaro

Brief Itinerary: Transfer to Kigali International Airport for your flight to Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to Haradali Home, where you can rest and prepare for your Tanzanian safari adventure.

Day 6: Tarangire National Park

Game Drive at Tarangire

Brief Itinerary: Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant population and iconic baobab trees. Spend the day on a game drive, spotting wildlife in this diverse landscape. In the evening, relax at Angata Tarangire, located within the park.
