Day to day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali, Rwanda

Kigali , Rwanda

Your adventure begins as you land in the vibrant capital of Rwanda, Kigali. Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and transferred to Kigali Serena Hotel, a luxurious retreat where you can relax and recover from your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a city tour, including a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial.

Day 2 : Transfer to Uganda for Gorilla Trekking

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive through the beautiful Rwandan countryside as you cross into Uganda. The journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest offers breathtaking views of rolling hills, lush tea plantations, and traditional villages. Arrive at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge, a comfortable and eco-friendly lodge near the gorilla trekking trailhead.

Today is the highlight of your Uganda experience—gorilla trekking! After an early morning briefing, set out into the dense forest in search of the endangered mountain gorillas. Spend an unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat. The trek can be challenging but is an incredibly rewarding experience. Return to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 4: Return to Kigali

Return Day

After breakfast, drive back to Kigali, enjoying the scenic landscapes along the way. Arrive in the afternoon and check into Kigali Serena Hotel for an evening at leisure or optional city exploration.

Day 5: Flight from Kigali to Kilimanjaro – Welcome to Tanzania

Tanzania

Take a morning Air Rwanda flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met by your Tanzanian guide and transferred to Haradali Home, a cozy guesthouse offering warm hospitality. Enjoy a relaxed evening preparing for the exciting safari ahead.

Day 6: Tarangire National Park

Game Drive at Tarangire

Depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a thrilling game drive, spotting lions, zebras, giraffes, and a variety of bird species. In the evening, arrive at Angata Tarangire, a stylish tented camp in the heart of the wilderness.

Day 7: Full Day in Tarangire

Spend a full day exploring Tarangire, following the seasonal migration of wildlife along the Tarangire River. The park is home to diverse wildlife, including cheetahs and leopards. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before returning to the camp for an evening under the African sky.

Day 8: Mto wa Mbu Cultural Tour & Evening Walk in Ngorongoro

Mto wa Mbu Cultural Tour & Evening Walk in Ngorongoro

Travel to the vibrant town of Mto wa Mbu, where you will enjoy a cultural tour—interacting with locals, exploring banana plantations, and tasting traditional Tanzanian food. In the evening, head towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will take a guided walking safari, encountering breathtaking landscapes and wildlife.

Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Transfer to Serengeti
